The PF Properties Difference
- We are locally owned and managed. You can get an answer to your questions directly from the owner. You don't have to deal with a third party that works half a country away.
- We work with small and start up businesses and are willing to give someone, with a reasonable financial background, a chance to lease our space. Our requirements are much less rigid than large commercial firms. We like to meet and deal with the owners directly (through their broker – if they have one).
